An experiment….

I don’t want to post a photo yet, don’t want to get any hopes up. But today I’m working on Pizza Shape Tofu. Really, it’s just a spice dusted tofu that we’ll be taking down to the river to barbecue and enjoy with salads and wraps, but it looks kind of like Pizza Shapes. I’m a little bit excited, and a little apprehensive. I’m going to take heaps of vegan mayo down with us – if it tastes rubbish, I can cover it up with sauce!
